Brown Sugar Baby!

Hey! This look reminded me of brown sugar! This is a look I would do for a client for a wedding or and everyday look. I used My Wet-N-Wild  in  Vanity. Which is a excellent palette. Great everyday looks can come from the colors. So I used a primer. Added the matte vanilla color. Just on the lid. Then I went over that color with the simmer vanilla color from the same palette. For the crease area I used my BH Cosmetics 120 pallet in a tan brown. Then I darken the crease with NARS- Galapagos. I used a blending brush to blend out the color. Then for under the brow I use the matte vanilla colors from the Vanity palette. Line the top and bottom lash lines with black eyeliner. Add lashes for extra DIVA Glam! By the way lashes or optional, just not for ME! Take care.

NARS- Galapagagos $23.00

Wet-N-Wild Vanity $3.99

Unfortunately I don't have a name for this look yet.  Maybe you can help me out with that.  I use Maybelline single eye shadow Turquoise Glass (130S). This is a pastel matte color.  By the way I am starting to like the single eyeshadows by Maybelline! The colors really show up! And I am all about color showing up!. So YES! check this brand out.  As I always do I used a primer from Bitch Slap cosmetics. Love Love this primer! Starting to be one of my favs! So I apply the lid color. Pack it on. Then I use a gray-black from my Wet-N-Wild Blue had me at Hello. Blend, blend, blend the black out . Add  a highlight under the brown bone. And there you have it. A easy look with a POP of color!

Go Palette- Moscow- Coastal Scents

Today I received my wonderful Items from Costal Scents. This was one of the items. Love this on the Go palette from costal scents. There are some pros and cons. The pros are the colors are soft and creamy. Also they are shimmery metallic  in color. they offer a range of colors. This would diffidently  be a great fall palette. There are lots of great color combos you could create. The cons is there is some fall out when applying the eyeshadow.  Also doesn't say if you can use wet or dry.  Other than that this is a great buy for $8.95. This is a quick "One Palette look" This is good for the women that doesn't want to carry around a bunch of stuff in here purse. Also a plus a LARGE mirror!

Prime Time!

Hello ladies!? Today I am going to talk about primers and there use and benefits. When you use a eye primer it will make a huge difference in your eyeshadow look outcome. Yes! this small  step. Will save you the headache of smudge, crease, and running makeup. A eye primer will help the shadow stay on longer. No fading, creasing or cracking. A eye primer is applied before you apply your choice of eye shadow color on a clean face.  So the first step is find out which ones are the best. Well there are a few out there.  Urban Decay, E.L.F, Ruby Kisses (my fav), Too face eyeshadow Insurance, and Clinique. These a a few brands that I have came across that work very well. Most of the primers you can by online or at a local drug stores. Ranging in prices from $1.00-$20.00. Trust me, once you use a primer you will never go back to not using one. This simple routine will make a difference in making your makeup last long.

Pigments Pigments!

Love pigments, but see them as messy and hard to control?? Now working with pure pigments does take skill and I am still learning. I learned that there are several ways to use pigments. 1. You can use them alone. Which has great color pay off. 2. Use with  water. Dab water on your brush then dap your pigment color for high intensity payoff. 3. Use  M.A.C fix plus$18  on your brush or E.L.F  Make mist  & set $3 . I am sure they are other ways. These by far are the best. Pigments give you that bright color. They come in small jars because you don;t need as much product. A small amount will last you a long time. There are all kind of brands such as M.A.C , E.L.F, NYX, Sugar Pill, Bitch Slap, and L'Oreal. Have fun with color!

Black candy Kanes

Hello! This is a look I created today! I stand out Diva look! You can't really tell from the pic , but the lid color is a red color from my BH Cosmetics 120 2nd edition. A little pop of red can really change a look. Red is not a popular color when it come to eyeshadow. It's one of this colors  that just don't come to mid when you think of eyeshadow colors. So that gave me more of a reason to bring this color out! Show you how this color can be used and not look to crazy. So this look would be in my Diva side of make up collection. Be fierce and and show that with your eye makeup. Take care

Fall into PINK

Who says the color  pink can only be worn during certain times of the year?
I believe in crossing the lines or getting very close to it. There are no rules in make up.  Pink can be incorporated with browns, black, silver and even greens.  There are tons of shades of pink. Dark and Light. So pink is in 365 days a year. Make a statement of your own style.
